Partner Program Agreement

Version 2026-09-10 · Last updated: September 10, 2026

1. What this is

This agreement is between you (the "Partner") and Le Roux Ventures, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("we", "us"), which operates SiteSpark. It applies from the day we approve your application.

You build websites for your own clients using SiteSpark. You pay us a subscription for each client site you take live. You bill your own clients on your own terms. That is the whole arrangement: SiteSpark is software you subscribe to, not a business we sell you.

2. What we charge you

Building and previewing sites is free, with no limit on the number of drafts. For each site you activate, you pay us $9.99 per month or $90 per year, at your choice per site, plus any applicable tax. There is no application fee, joining fee, platform fee, or minimum purchase.

Your monthly sites are billed together on one monthly subscription and your annual sites together on one annual subscription, each charged per site. When you add a site, you are charged for the remainder of the current period. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

Payment is taken by Paddle, our merchant of record, from the payment method on your account. If a payment fails, we will retry it and tell you; sites on a subscription that remains unpaid may be taken offline until it is paid.

3. Stopping, and no refunds

You can stop hosting any site at any time from your dashboard. Stopping takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: the site stays live until then, you are not charged for it again, and your subscription is reduced accordingly. You can undo a stop before it takes effect.

We do not issue refunds or credits for unused time, on any subscription, for any reason, including a site you stop the day after activating it or a client who leaves you mid-period. We send you a reminder 30 to 50 days before an annual subscription renews.

4. You find your own clients

We do not supply you with leads, customers, accounts, prospects, appointments, or exclusive territories, and nothing in this agreement or in any of our materials should be read as promising them. Who you work with, how you find them, and what you charge them is entirely your business.

5. Your fees are yours

You set and keep 100% of whatever you charge your client for design, build, hosting, content, maintenance, or any other service you provide. We do not take a share of it, set it, bill for it, or ask what it is.

Your client is your customer, not ours. We do not charge your client, contact them about payment, or offer them a subscription of their own. You are responsible for whatever you agree with them.

6. Your client’s site and domain

A site you activate is on your account: you control it, you can edit it, and you can stop hosting it. If you invite your client, they receive a login to view the site, message you, and request changes. They cannot edit it, and you can withdraw their access.

If you and your client part ways, you may ask us to transfer the site to another SiteSpark partner, and we may do so at the request of either of you where we reasonably believe the client wants it. We do not transfer a site to the client directly, because we do not host sites for anyone but partners.

Your client is always the registrant of record for their own domain name. You may hold a delegated, revocable right to manage DNS for them, but you must not register or hold a client domain in your own name or in ours.

7. Support

You are first-line support for your client on everything: content, layout, copy, the design decisions you made, and any questions about what they pay you. We support you on the SiteSpark platform itself, on billing between you and us, and on your account access. We do not support your client directly.

8. What you must not do

You must not describe yourself as an employee, agent, or representative of SiteSpark, or as authorised to make commitments on our behalf. You are an independent business and this agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, franchise, or employment relationship.

You must not make claims about earnings, income, or results — yours or anyone else’s — when describing SiteSpark to anyone. This includes averages, ranges, and "you could make" framing.

You must not promise leads, customers, accounts, or territories to anyone on our behalf.

You must not send unsolicited automated calls, prerecorded calls, ringless voicemail, or text messages to promote SiteSpark, and must not use our name in any campaign of that kind. You must comply with CAN-SPAM in any email you send.

You must not bid on our brand terms in paid search, register domains containing our name, or represent yourself as SiteSpark.

You must not publish content on a site you host with us that is unlawful, or that violates our Terms of Service or our payment provider’s acceptable use policy. We may take such a site offline.

9. Ending it

Either of us can end this agreement at any time, for any reason, with written notice. If you end it, your active sites stay live until the end of their paid periods and are then taken offline; nothing further is charged and nothing is refunded.

If we end it because of a breach of section 8, we may take your sites offline sooner. We will tell you what the conduct was, and we will give your clients a reasonable opportunity to have their sites transferred to another partner.

10. Changes

We may update this agreement. If we do, we will publish a new version with a new version number and tell you before it applies to you. Continuing in the program after that date means you accept the new version.

The version you accepted is recorded on your account. This is version 2026-09-10.

11. General

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. If any part of it is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Questions go to legal@sitespark.you.
