Refund Policy

1. Overview

SiteSpark is a product of Le Roux Ventures, LLC. Payments for SiteSpark are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. This means Paddle, not Le Roux Ventures, LLC, is the seller of record and processes all payments and refunds.

2. Free trial

New subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed. At the end of the trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan unless you cancel.

3. 30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be satisfied with SiteSpark. If you are not happy with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first paid charge. To request a refund, contact us at refund@sitespark.you, or contact Paddle directly. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling stops future payments but does not, by itself, refund the current period except as provided under the 30-day guarantee above.

5. How refunds are processed

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, all refunds are processed by Paddle. If we approve a refund request, we will instruct Paddle to issue it. Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 14 days of approval.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Conditions or under applicable consumer protection law. Where those rights provide more protection than this policy, they apply.

7. Complaints

If you have a complaint about SiteSpark or your subscription, please contact us at refund@sitespark.you. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 2 business days and to resolve them within 10 business days. If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may also raise the matter with Paddle, who provides first-tier buyer support, or with the relevant consumer protection or trade ombudsman service in your jurisdiction.
